• Where are your products sourced from?

• Our mugs are carefully designed by Lemon & Pip in Dublin, Ireland and printed in Europe. When researching products for our Home & Wellness Collections, we wanted to ensure we sourced our stylish home accessories from small, independent businesses based in Ireland & Europe. We also wanted to ensure that the products we stock are made using natural and organic materials (where possible).

• How long is shipping time?

• On average it takes us 24 hours to process your order. As our mugs are made on a print to order basis, please allow 5 - 12 working days for your order to be delivered.  For all other products, please allow 3 - 7 working days for your order to be delivered.

• Will I receive a tracking order?

• Yes. As soon as your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking order via email.

• How do I pay?

• We accept two forms of payment. We use a payment system called Stripe, which is the world's safest and reliable online payment system. We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept Paypal.
